She brings American culture in working style to combine with Vietnamese working culture, which helps me and others learn the confidence, logic mindset, time management, well organizing workload (arranging tasks and prioritizing tasks), data collection by doing survey before making any plan or decision.
Her communication skills in both English and Vietnamese are clear and easy to understand. She is also willing to listen to members’ ideas, although their ideas might be new to her. Besides, she helped us to contact Netherlands team about challenges we met and collected feedback from them.
Her English is as fluent as a native speaker’s, and she can also discuss complex topics in Vietnamese to ensure everyone in the meeting fully understands. After meetings, she consistently sends follow-up emails to confirm key information, keeping everyone aligned. She explains and clarifies topics with exceptional clarity and effectiveness, enabling a deep understanding for all participants.
She organized cross-team meetings to address all issues that impact each other, providing solutions to make changes and improve teamwork effectively. She identified the issue early and provided solutions for the team to improve. She also empowered the team to decide how to make improvements, and whenever a member needs her support, she is always ready to help.

I’ve enjoyed working with Trang because as she asks questions, she’s usually inquiring about what she needs to know in general that will help her in future cases, instead of just asking questions that pertain to the current calc being worked on.
Trang has done a great job of staying on top of her interim cases. She demonstrates a strong ability to learn from her mistakes and has shown a desire to learn as much as she can about the pension business. She always maintains a great attitude and works well with the other members of the team.
I wanted to provide some feedback on Trang Nguyen. She worked on the INEOS BLS for us and did a great job. She was always responsive and offered many suggestions along the way based on her experience. Whenever we needed something that was a rush, she quickly responded. Just wanted to let you know our project was successful largely due to her efforts.
Trang really impressed me with her work ethic and attention to detail on the Sysco BLS this year. Although she worked on prior BLS projects, for this one she took more responsibility over the project and worked with Linda to make sure all the details were handled properly. She was able to handle escalations and uncommon issues well. She is also easy to work with and good and training others.
Trang joined the Farmers team earlier this year. She was very resourceful and dedicated to her work. I noticed that she documents what she learns and applies that knowledge to the future calculations. Trang is an eager learner. She is not afraid to ask questions and seeks guidance when not sure of what to do. Trang took the time to actually look at the data and questions anything that looks out of the ordinary. Her work was completed in a timely manner.
Trang desmonstrates a strong knowledge of the team’s pension plan calculation processes for both standard and non-standard calculations, such as QDRO calculations and NQ calculations. I worked with Trang on a couple of very complex QDRO calculations. She was able to resolve the complex issues to a resolution. She is always willing to provide training and assistance when needed. She does a great job in meeting the team’s requirements. Trang is very professional, dependable, works well within the team and a quick learner.
Trang and I have worked together before so I had an idea of her work ethic. We now work on Farmers together. I am a new team member and Trang made herself available if I had any questions. We worked a little bit more closely together on training sessions with Manila. She was great as the lead on the training sessions providing great comments and processes for the new members. She has a lot of client and process knowledge. She is a great asset to the team and is a great team player.
Trang is an excellent partner and is developing into a great PM. She has PM’ed several projects for Comerica over the past year with little supervison including the process documentation, training and continued coordination with the Manila team which has been very successful for Comerica. She managed phase I and is now assisting and overseeing phase 2. Our Manila team is well informed and any issues that are identified are immediately reported to Manila through Trang. She has taken on the development of the monthly billing spreadsheet to ensure we are capturing all of the Out-Of-Scope WIP that needs to be billing outside of the SOW. She has a broad skillset for the short time she had worked in Defined benefit plans. A great partner and I would recommend her for any team.
I worked with Trang on Comerica and Farmers. During all of our projects, Trang does a good job of considering all the stakeholders involved in a project who may need to know changes or new project direction. I appreciate her volunteering to follow up with others or manage each step of the work. Trang is very responsive to emails and questions, and she points out her opinions on what the process could be to be the most efficient for all team members. Her management of Manilla processes has been very impressive. I know all team members trust her and see how knowledgeable she is about everything from calculation details to payment processes. When anyone comes to her, she is professional and courteous and effective communicates all the information a team member needs to succeed.
Trang often will go the extra mile when needed. For example during the project runs, she volunteered to be the main reviewer (without being asked), so that the overwhelmed reviewers could spend more time on the harder cases. Trang also shows an excellent eye for details. Often when reviewing, she will catch things that cause internal debate, and end up with changes to proceses (e.g. Payment form review is a big one). As a colleague that works closely with her on two different client teams, I know that if I need a hand with a project, she’s at the top of my list of people to call upon showcasing her Teamwork ability. Even when I was new and would ask Trang questions, I never felt I was being a bother, nor was I being dismissed as “just a temporary worker”. Trang is the kind of person to seek out challenges rather than avoid them, always looking for ways to improve things, and yet makes you feel like no matter the question it will be respected no matter if it comes from a Temp, or a Manager.

Trang provides complete details with the processes for the Admin Team for Comerica and Farmers. When we asks questions/confirmation with the processes, she immediately responds and guide us throughout the process. Though process were already trained, we still have questions to confirm. We really appreciate her efforts to all Admin Processes. She conducts trainings, arranged meeting/training schedules, and calls me directly to confirm our schedule/availability. I am very glad we are working with Trang and wanted to work with her in the future.
Trang stepped up to take over one of our client’s tasks, and I find her method to be detailed and meticulous. She makes sure that all materials are ready, prepared, and updated before any trainings, refreshers, shadowing, and parallel sessions. A very straightforward colleague who will express what’s on her mind but still mindful of her professionalism. She has outstanding knowledge of several processes and will not hesitate to share her best practices. One comment I may have is she brings work home. She may be over extending her bandwidth even if it’s outside of working hours. But all in all, she is a reliable resource and I trust that she will go out of her way to research something she can’t answer as of the moment and make sure she has the answer as soon as possible.
Trang is very easy to approach and talk to. We all speak highly of her here in Manila, because she has been very helpful to our team, particularly with Comerica and Farmers, which I’m specifically handling that Trang is involved with. She always responds timely to our email inquiries and never gets tired of answering all our questions regarding the process. She also takes time to touch-base with us from time to time through Skype, to discuss in full details our concerns or if there are any updates or changes with our tasks. She takes into consideration not just our workload, but also our time with our other clients. She gives us an advanced heads-up if a huge load of work is to be expected, which also helps us plan our leaves ahead. It is always a breath of fresh air working with Trang!
I remember the first encounter. She was the only one among those who trained us that preferred a video con instead of a usual skype audio, and that for me is a professional thing to do. On with the training, she was well-prepared. She explained the history and the fundamentals of Comerica making it easier for us to understand why we do pension for them. Before proceeding with the actual process, she first made us understand the E2E of pension. She handed us a complete and straightforward process guide. She was an effective trainer and a patient teacher as well. We were able to grasp the whole process in one sitting. Though training sessions are now finish, she would still once in a while, request for a quick call meeting when she feels she needs to clarify something. She’s making sure we’re collaborated with the process.
